Yes! We offer service while-you-wait and for dropoff. Simply leave your name and number, we’ll call you when it’s ready. Or have a seat, chat with us while we diagnose the issue.
We sure can. Our facility has a high-speed internet connection, to facilitate speedy downloads and installations. Bring a credit card, we’ll get you online and installed in no time! Plus, we’ll keep track of the product license information for you, in case you need to reinstall in the future.
Unfortunately no. Devices which will not turn on may have hardware damage, which is beyond our ability to fix. Most modern electronics are not designed to be physically repaired, but we can at least show you your options.
